Created by our own Head Chef Raphael Grima, start your meal with Jerusalem artichoke velouté, Scrambled eggs with truffle comes next. For the fish course enjoy Truffle turbot celeriac then Yellow breast chicken stuffed with foie-gras, macaroni and supreme sauce. Enjoy a Truffled Brie and then end your meal at Les 110 de Taillevent with Chocolate and truffle.
This decadent six course menu will alight your senses in the festive party season and is not to be missed, ideal for solo dining, romantic meals for 2 or Christmas group parties and dining.
